We want you to love your purchase from Tasi’s Treasures 💛

This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK).

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item (cooling-off period).

You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

To qualify:

• Items must be unused
   
• In original condition
   
• Returned in original packaging where possible
   

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.

Please double-check spellings and details before submitting your order. We cannot accept responsibility for customer-provided errors.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
   
• Provide clear photographs
   
• We will offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate
   

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the item is faulty.

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving returned goods.
   
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
   

We cannot accept returns for:

• Personalised items (unless faulty)
   
• Items damaged due to misuse
   
• Items not returned in original condition
